Michael has 19 years of sales and account management experience with companies such as Wachovia/Wells Fargo, Toshiba and Elavon. Michael has worked with and in large, complex, and challenging finance and treasury functions. His experiences have afforded him a broad and deep understanding of a company’s inbound and outbound cash flow needs. He applies this knowledge to advocate for his clients when negotiating terms with merchant card providers or improving a client’s position with their banking relationships.

Jeremy has 15+ years of Operations/Project Management experiences including finance transformation, project turnarounds, application life-cycle management and finance process design.  He has managed multiple IT hardware and software projects as well as participated in internal consulting teams for global corporations. Jeremy understands that process improvement initiatives are as much about change management as they are about technology enhancements and workflow redesign. Jeremy believes that business transformation stems from a continuous improvement mindset and culture.

Jeremy’s extensive industry experiences and deep operational expertise have positioned him as a thought leader within Vizant and as a valuable asset to our clients. He is a subject matter expert in Finance Transformation and Automation, Value Stream Mapping, Lean Transformation, Financial Operations Offshoring, and Large Scale Project Management.  Jeremy is Green Belt Certified in Process Improvement.
