The opportunity, and the challenge, is to close gaps and make progress towards ‘best-in-class’ every day while managing the demands of cash forecasting, liquidity management, mitigating risk, managing operations and reducing cost. In the process, creating net new value for stakeholders like customers, investors and boards of directors.
