New COO to Lead Larger and Expanding Team of Payments & Treasury Advisory Professionals

The company is proud to announce the elevation of Angela C. Grunte, from Executive Vice President to Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Grunte began her career with Vizant in 2006, in a client services role. Over the next ten (10) years, she was promoted multiple times, including serving in roles as a Consulting Manager, Director of Consulting and Senior Director of Consulting & Operations. She was promoted to the position of Vice President and Senior Vice President in 2013 and to the position of Executive Vice President in 2015.

Grunte began her career in financial services with Washington Trust Bank and earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Hawaii-West Oahu.

He brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience in corporate practitioner management roles, with a variety of global companies, including Harsco and Hayes Lemmerz International. He most recently served as Director of Global Treasury at ACN.
Mayson joins Vizant as Director of Treasury & Financial Operations and comes from PwC where he served in a senior advisory role. Over his career, Mayson has held senior treasury, change management, risk management, finance management and global sales and deployment roles with organizations that include Ally Financial, Bank of America, BB&T, Wells Fargo and IBM.
Additionally, Vizant’s Gabriel Guerrero has been promoted from Senior Manager to Director of Treasury and Financial Operations.
